This site sets no cookies whatsoever, embeds no third-party tracking scripts, runs no advertising, and does not sell or share any data.
But so that the comment section does not fill up with spam, and so that the daily brief can actually be delivered, we do store a small amount of information. Each item is set out below — including the parts that usually get glossed over.

When a comment is submitted, the source IP address is recorded, and its purpose is limited strictly to preventing flooding and comment spam — the system rate-limits on two dimensions, an hourly window and a daily window. It should be said plainly: the IP is stored as-is (it is not anonymised).
We also promise that the IP is not returned through any public interface (the comment read interface returns only nickname and body), is not used for user profiling, is not used for advertising targeting, and is not shared with third parties.
You can ask us at any time to delete a comment you submitted, your subscription information and the related records: email xaudaily@163.com, simply stating what you want deleted, and we will delete it once we have checked. No reason needs to be given.
Unsubscribing: every daily brief email contains an unsubscribe method, or you can simply tell us by email.
Comments and subscription records are kept until you ask for them to be deleted; the anti-spam rate-limit counters roll over on hourly / daily windows and do not accumulate over the long term.
This site is a financial data site. It is not aimed at children and does not knowingly collect information from children.
If this notice is revised, the date at the top of this page will be updated. Continuing to use this site means you accept the version in force at the time.
